Hi! 100k miles is minimum before dpf should end its life. Also depends how it was used of course. I have seen few with 120k miles and starting to ask for attention. In your case - fix boost leaks, clean intake, EGR, take the dpf to a shop that specialises in dpf flushing, reinstall, reset cars ecu by telling a new dpf is installed and drive happy.

Mazda 6/3 DPF Light Flashing / DPF Regeneration cleaning fix repair problems soot accumulation

The car is a mazda3 2.2 sport 2011. Have been driving with a flashing dpf light illuminated for a few years, took it to a garage at this time when had a full service, supposably they did a successful regeneration but couldn’t turn light out (I didn’t take it into Mazda to reset which in hindsight was a mistake) Recently a tapping sound

Took it to dealer, soot level at 85%. They said they did regen. 300kms and 2.5 weeks later, DPF light came on flashing (no solid light beforehand) also with engine light (info said check emission control system) and cruise control light flashing. Took it to dealer. Soot level 138%. Now they say they are trying to work out what's wrong with it. fQUM.
