Cestus upgrade perks and modifiers are pretty meh. There isn't much reason to bother. It is already good at base. Spell is very meh. NW is a pro tool and set-up weapon (great launcher for air grabs, juggling, ring-out *though a little lacking for knockback to get collisions, wall splats, etc.*).
